- Insurance providers: Only if you have opted for transit insurance — we share relevant move details and inventory information for policy issuance and claims processing.
- Payment processors: Banks and UPI platforms that process your payment transactions.
- Government and tax authorities: As required by Indian law for GST filing, tax audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Legal and regulatory bodies: If required by law, court order, or government request, we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations.

- Website analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised data is retained indefinitely. Individual-level data is deleted after 26 months.
- Enquiries that did not convert to bookings: Contact details are retained for 6 months, then deleted unless you contact us again.
After the retention period, data is either securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with you.
