Getting started with your move.
How do I get a quote?
Fill the form on our website, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. Share your move details (from, to, BHK size, approx date) and we'll get back to you within 30 minutes with a clear, itemised quote. It's free and comes with no obligation. You can also send photos or a video of your home via WhatsApp for a faster assessment.
Is a site visit required for the quote?
Not always. For small moves (1 BHK or less), a phone or WhatsApp conversation is usually enough. For 2 BHK and above, or for office moves, we prefer a short site visit or video survey — it helps us give you an accurate quote with no surprises later. The site visit is free and takes about 15–20 minutes.
What's included in the quote?
Our quotes are fully itemised. They cover: packing materials (all of them — boxes, bubble wrap, foam, tape, stretch film), labour (packing, loading, unloading, unpacking), vehicle rent, fuel, tolls for intercity moves, and GST. Optional add-ons like transit insurance, storage, wooden crating, or unpacking at destination are listed separately so you can decide what you want. Every line item is visible — no bundled or vague pricing.
How early should I book?
For local moves, 3–5 days is usually enough. For intercity moves, 7–10 days is better so we can allocate the right vehicle and team. For office relocations, 2–4 weeks is recommended for proper planning. During peak season (month-end, festival periods), booking earlier is advisable. We do try to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability — especially on weekdays.
Do you work on Sundays and holidays?
Yes. We work all 7 days of the week, including Sundays and most public holidays. Weekend and holiday moves are subject to the same pricing — no surge charges. For office relocations, weekend moves are actually our most popular option to minimise business disruption.
Can I cancel or reschedule after booking?
Yes. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled move, there's no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may have a small fee to cover vehicle reservation and crew allocation. Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance, subject to availability. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Will there be hidden charges?
No. Our quote covers everything. If something unexpected comes up — extra flights of stairs, narrow lane requiring a smaller vehicle, additional items not in the original inventory — we discuss it with you before the move and adjust the quote openly. The price you agree to is the price you pay. We don't add "miscellaneous charges" or "handling fees" on moving day.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash. Usually we take a small booking advance (10–20%) to confirm your date and vehicle, and the balance after delivery and verification. For large intercity moves, the split may be different — discussed when you book. All transactions are documented with a GST invoice.
Packing & Handling
How we handle your belongings.
What packing materials do you use?
We use professional-grade materials: 5-ply corrugated boxes (in 4 sizes), bubble wrap (standard and heavy-duty), foam sheets, stretch film, acid-free packing paper, heavy-duty tape, wardrobe boxes with hanging rails, furniture blankets, corner protectors, and zip-lock bags for hardware. For high-value or oversized fragile items, we also offer wooden crating as an optional add-on. All materials are included in the packing price.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. For beds, wardrobes, dining tables, bookshelves, and standard modular furniture — we disassemble at your old home and reassemble at the new one. All screws, bolts, and small parts are collected in labelled zip-lock bags and taped to the corresponding furniture piece. For very complex fitted wardrobes or modular kitchens, we recommend having the original vendor's carpenter for reinstallation; we'll handle the safe transport.
Can I pack some things myself?
Absolutely. Many customers pack their clothes and personal items themselves and hire us for the kitchen, electronics, and fragile items. We call this "partial packing" and it's priced based on the rooms or categories we handle. If you want to pack everything yourself, we can supply a packing material kit at cost — boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and labels delivered to your home.
How do you handle fragile and valuable items?
Fragile items get special treatment. Crockery and glassware are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in partitioned boxes. TVs and monitors get foam corner protectors and stretch film. Artwork is wrapped in acid-free paper, then bubble wrap, and placed in custom flat boxes. Mirrors and glass tabletops are packed vertically in mirror boxes. For high-value antiques and artwork, we offer custom wooden crating for maximum protection.
Do you move plants and pets?
We can move potted indoor plants for local moves (short distances, with proper ventilation during transit). For intercity moves, we don't recommend it — plants don't handle long journeys in enclosed trucks well. We don't transport pets under any circumstances. For pets, please use a specialised pet relocation service — we can recommend one if needed.
What items do you NOT move?
We don't transport hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gas cylinders, chemicals, paints, aerosol cans), perishable food items, live animals, firearms or ammunition, or illegal substances. We also recommend keeping important documents (passports, property papers), jewellery, cash, and daily medications with you rather than in the moving boxes.
Insurance & Damages
Protection and accountability.
Do you offer transit insurance?
Yes. We offer optional transit insurance for all moves. It covers accidental damage during loading, transit, and unloading — including road accidents, overturning, fire, and natural disasters. The premium is typically 1.5% to 3% of the declared value of insured items. You can choose to insure everything or only specific high-value items. We strongly recommend insurance for intercity moves and when transporting expensive electronics, artwork, or antiques.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We try very hard to prevent damage through proper packing and handling — but if it happens, we address it honestly. If you've taken transit insurance, we help you file the claim and coordinate with the insurance provider. If it's minor damage due to our handling and you don't have insurance, we usually offer to repair or compensate directly. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for documentation.
How does the insurance claims process work?
Document the damage with photographs at the time of delivery. File a claim within 48 hours by contacting our team (phone, WhatsApp, or email). We coordinate with the insurance provider for assessment. Most claims are resolved within 15 to 30 working days. Our team handles all the paperwork — you just need to provide the photos and a description of the damage.
Transport & Tracking
During the move.
Can I track my shipment during intercity moves?
Yes. Once the truck departs, we share the vehicle number, driver's name and contact, and a GPS tracking link via WhatsApp. You can check the truck's location at any time. Our operations team also sends proactive updates at key milestones — departure confirmation, state border crossings, and estimated arrival time. For local moves, the supervisor is in direct contact with you throughout.
How long does an intercity move take?
Transit time depends on the distance. Short routes (150–400 km, like Bengaluru to Chennai) are typically completed in 1 day. Medium routes (400–1,000 km, like Bengaluru to Mumbai) take 2–3 days. Long routes (1,000–2,000 km, like Delhi to Bengaluru) take 3–5 days. We share an estimated delivery date when you book, and provide real-time updates during transit.
Do you use shared trucks or dedicated vehicles?
For intercity moves, we use dedicated vehicles — your belongings travel alone, not mixed with other customers' shipments. This eliminates mix-ups, reduces handling, and shortens delivery time. For local moves, the vehicle is also dedicated to your move for the duration of the job. Vehicle size is matched to your inventory — you don't pay for space you don't need.
Do you handle vehicle transport (car/bike)?
We can arrange car and two-wheeler transport through our logistics partners. Vehicles are transported on dedicated car carriers (not driven). This is quoted separately from the household goods move. Let us know during the survey and we'll include it in your quote.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend that you or someone you trust is present during packing, loading, and delivery. This helps with decisions about item placement, verifying the inventory, and signing off on the delivery. If you can't be present, you can authorise someone on your behalf with a written authorisation.
Storage & Special Situations
Beyond the standard move.
Do you provide storage facilities?
Yes. Short-term and medium-term storage is available in most major cities we serve, including Bengaluru (our HQ city). If there's a gap between your move-out and move-in dates, we store your belongings in our secure, insured warehouse facility and deliver them when you're ready. Storage is priced based on volume and duration — typically ₹1,500 to ₹5,000 per month for a 1–2 BHK worth of items. Mention it when you request a quote.
Can you handle staircase moves (no lift)?
Yes. Our team is experienced in staircase moves and handles them regularly. For buildings without a lift, there's a small per-flight surcharge (typically ₹150 to ₹300 per flight per heavy item) which is included in your quote upfront. Our crew uses furniture sliders, moving straps, and stair climber equipment for extremely heavy items. We also protect walls and banisters with padding during the move.
What if it rains on moving day?
All items are wrapped in stretch film and waterproof covers before loading. Our vehicles are fully enclosed, so rain during transit is not a concern. If heavy rain makes loading or unloading unsafe (risk of slipping, water entering the building entrance), we'll coordinate with you to reschedule by a few hours or to the next available slot at no extra charge.
What areas do you cover?
We operate pan India. For local moves, we cover major cities including Bengaluru (our HQ — every neighbourhood), Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and 15+ Tier-2 cities. Can I move just one or two items?
Yes. We handle single-item moves — a refrigerator, a washing machine, a sofa, a wardrobe. These are priced affordably (typically ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 for local moves depending on the item and floor access). Same-day service is often available for single-item moves. Just tell us what the item is and the pickup/delivery addresses.
Do you handle AC disconnection and reconnection?
We transport ACs safely (both split and window units). However, AC disconnection and reconnection requires a certified AC technician — we recommend hiring one separately for this. We can coordinate the timing so the AC is disconnected before our team arrives for packing and reconnected after installation at the new location.
